About Me
I’m a woman who knows what it means to carry it ‘all’ — and still wonder if she’s doing enough.
This includes being a mum of two beautiful souls — and a fur baby — a wife, daughter, sister, friend, aunt, mentor, volunteer, corporate professional and leader, and coach.
Every role I’ve held — every relationship, every season — has written a line in my story. They aren’t just titles. They’re the threads that shape my values and deepen my why for my coaching and love of supporting professional women seeking true alignment in their life.
I was born in the vibrant heart of Mumbai, where community and connection were woven into every page of life. As a teen, I turned the page to a new country — Australia — and with it came a new rhythm, a deeper call to grow, and the experience of holding two worlds at once.
The experience of navigating between cultures, identities, and expectations shaped how I see and walk through the world. My life path certainly hasn’t followed a straight line.
Pursuing a career in the worlds of medical science and corporate HR, I truly believed I would ‘tick all the boxes’ I could possibly want for my own happiness and fulfilment by doing so. Instead I was left quietly asking, “Is this it?
The next role, project and opportunity for visibility and recognition saw me always chasing the ‘next thing’ believing that would finally bring the sense of peace, worth, and arrival I was seeking.
Over time however, what I came to realise is that even when everything looks ‘right’ on the surface, something can still very much be missing.
And for me, while my corporate work has been deeply valuable, it’s also taught me what I value most — depth, connection, and meaningful impact.
I know what it’s like to follow a path that you believe will make you feel truly successful, only to find out quietly at first and then with a growing sense of urgency — your soul wants something more.
I know the weight of the hustle.
The mental load that doesn’t switch off.
The invisible labour.
The chase for ‘enough’ that always feels just out of reach.
I’ve heard the whisper of the imposter syndrome and the pressure to constantly do more.
And this is now where I meet so many of my clients — in that space between achievement and alignment — where they’re ready to redefine success on their own terms and reconnect to what truly matters.
The moment that changed everything for me was choosing to pause.
Taking a break from my career and truly tuning into the life I wanted to live wasn’t the end of a chapter. It was the beginning of a new one. A conscious decision to stop running away from my true self and heart centred dreams and start realigning.
It gave me space to breathe.
To reconnect with my essence.
To remember that success means nothing if the price was my wellbeing.
It became a season of nurturing — my family, my connection to community, and myself.
And the birth of my coaching practice.
This time of slowing down, reflecting, and returning to what really matters now has me knowing that being the leader of your own life isn’t about climbing higher.
It’s about coming home to yourself with courage, clarity, and care.
My story was never meant to follow someone else’s template.
And I know yours wasn’t either.
Why I Coach (My Soul Work)
Now, I stand in a new season, a chapter rooted in service, shaped by soul, and fuelled by purpose.
As a Life, Leadership & Wellbeing Coach, I guide professional and corporate women who hold SO much — to reclaim themselves and what they truly want for their life — at a time when they are also reckoning with the same question I once did — “Is this it?” (It’s NOT!)
They want to lead with a courageous heart, live with purpose, feel radiantly whole and worthy and start truly living out their own dreams.
With a coaching blend of soul and strategy, I help my incredible clients move from feeling stretched thin to standing fully in your power.
Because here’s what I know for sure…
We are all authors of our own story.
And sometimes, all we need is someone to walk beside us — to hold space in the in-between, to ask the questions that bring us back home to ourselves, and to remind us (gently, powerfully)…
We get to choose what comes next.
This is your moment to turn the page.
To stop waiting.
To start becoming.
To write your next chapter not from fear, but from faith.
I’ll be right there with you — in the margins — cheering you on.
Because you are…
A Luminous Soul.
A Courageous Heart.
A Worthy Being.
And this story you’re writing?
It’s just getting good.
A Personal Invitation from me to you
Beyond the Bio…
Here’s a glimpse into the simple joys and soul anchors that guide how I live, lead, and hold space. They are all rooted in my core values of:
Groundedness – cultivating calm, steadiness, and presence within myself and the spaces I hold, so others feel seen, safe and supported.
Connection – creating depth and meaning through genuine presence and heartfelt listening, honouring and uplifting others in their truth.
Wellbeing – nurturing balance in mind, body and soul — for myself and those I walk alongside — to thrive fully in life and leadership.
Together, these values are the compass that keeps me aligned with what truly matters in life, leadership, and the way I serve.
Family time means everything to me, from 1:1 moments with my kids, to slow couple time with my husband and our fun weekend adventures together.
I cherish the quiet — a warm coffee or chai, soft morning light, and time in my own company. It’s sacred. My days always begin with a quiet ritual of meditation and intention, and end with words of gratitude.
Travel fills me with wonder — exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines, always collecting memories over souvenirs.
I love meaningful connection — heartfelt chats fill my cup far more than big gatherings.
Thoughtful gifts and handmade touches are my love language.
Nature is my reset — mindful walks, bike rides, or stand-up paddling help me reconnect and recharge.
You’ll often find me in motion or stillness — at Pilates, soaking in hot springs, or simply resting, small rituals that help me return to myself.
Music moves me — singing, playing piano, or dancing around the house with my kids lights me up!
I’m a dessert person. Always have been. Always will be.
I love a bit of adventure. Zip lines, roller coasters, a little thrill? Count me in.
The Formal Bits… because they matter too
