The chapters that shaped me…

About Me

The pages that built my foundation

If life were a novel, mine would be a collection of moments — bold leaps, quiet reckonings, and lessons that revealed themselves in the most unexpected ways. Each chapter has carried its own arc: resilience, growth, and the steady remembering of who I really am.

For over 15 years, I have worked in corporate HR — designing programs, shaping culture, and unlocking human potential. From talent engagement to high-performance coaching, I witnessed firsthand what holds us back, what moves us forward, and the power of deeply human work.

Boardrooms became more than strategy sessions, they became spaces of growth and human connection.

What stayed with me wasn’t the titles, but the quiet power of holding space: listening deeply, asking the questions no one else would, and walking alongside others as they discovered their strengths.

It was in these moments — the ones between the metrics — where I saw the true transformation. And that’s where my heart landed.

On the page where real change begins.

My Story

The plot twists and turning points

Like all stories, mine has taken many forms.

I’m a mum of two beautiful souls (and a fur baby), a wife, daughter, sister, friend, aunt, mentor, volunteer, professional, coach — and a woman who knows what it means to carry it all and still wonder if she’s doing enough.

But every role I’ve held — every relationship, every season — has written a line in my story. These aren’t just titles. They’re the threads that shape my values and deepen my why.

I was born in the vibrant heart of Mumbai, where community and connection were woven into every page. As a teen, I turned the page to a new country — Australia — and with it came a new rhythm, a deeper call to grow, and the experience of holding two worlds at once.

That experience of navigating between cultures, identities, and expectations shaped how I see the world and how I walk through it.

My path hasn’t followed a straight line.

From the medical world to corporate HR. From ticking all the boxes to quietly asking, is this it?

I know the weight of the hustle.

The mental load that doesn’t switch off.

The invisible labour.

The chase for ‘enough’ that always feels just out of reach.

I’ve heard the whisper of the imposter syndrome and the pressure to constantly do more.

But the moment that changed everything? Choosing to pause.
Taking a career break in 2024 wasn’t the end of a chapter — it was the beginning of a new one. A conscious decision to stop running and start realigning.

It gave me space to breathe.

To reconnect with my essence.

To remember that success means nothing if it costs you your wellbeing.

It became a season of nurturing — my family, my coaching practice, my connection to community, and myself.

A time to slow down, reflect, and return to what really matters.

And what I now know is this:

Leadership isn’t about climbing higher.

It’s about coming home to yourself first — with courage, with clarity, and with care.

My story was never meant to follow someone else’s template.
It’s being written in alignment now.

And every word feels true.

Why I Coach

The chapter I was always meant to write
(My Soul Work)

Now, I stand in a new season, a chapter rooted in service, shaped by soul, and fuelled by purpose.

As a Life, Leadership & Wellbeing Coach, I guide women — and those who identify as women — in their 30s, 40s and beyond who hold a lot, to reclaim their narrative. To take the pen back.

To lead with a courageous heart, live with purpose, and rise as whole, worthy beings.

My coaching is a blend of soul and strategy, created to help you move from feeling stretched thin… to standing fully in your power.

Because here’s what I know for sure…
We are all authors of our own story.
And sometimes, all we need is someone to walk beside us — to hold space in the in-between, to ask the questions that bring us back home to ourselves, and to remind us (gently, powerfully)…

You get to choose what comes next.

This is your moment to turn the page.
To stop waiting.
To start becoming.

To write your next chapter — not from fear, but from faith.

I’ll be right here with you — in the margins — cheering you on.

Because you are a Luminous Soul.

A Courageous Heart.

A Worthy Being.

And this story you’re writing?
It’s just getting good.

A personal invitation from me to you

Beyond the bio…

Here’s a glimpse into the simple joys and soul anchors that keep me grounded, inspired, and connected — the moments that light me up beyond the coaching space, all rooted in my core values:

Purpose – living and leading with meaning and intention
Wellbeing – honouring my energy and nurturing what sustains me
Groundedness – staying rooted in who I am, even when life feels full

Family time means everything — from 1:1 moments with my kids to slow couple time and weekend adventures. These are the moments that ground me in what truly matters.

I also cherish the quiet — a warm coffee or chai, soft morning light, and time in my own company. It’s sacred.

Travel fills me with wonder — exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines, collecting memories over souvenirs.

My days begin with a quiet ritual of meditation and intention, and end with a few words of gratitude — rhythms that keep me aligned.

I love meaningful connection — slow catchups and heartfelt chats fill my cup far more than big gatherings ever could.

Thoughtful gifts and handmade touches are my love language — small ways to say, “I see you.”

Nature is my reset — mindful walks, bike rides, or stand-up paddling help me reconnect and recharge.

Wellbeing is a non-negotiable — yoga, Pilates, hot springs and rest rituals keep me strong in body and spirit.

Music moves me — singing, playing piano, or dancing around the house with my kids lights me up.

And yes… I’m a dessert person. Always have been. Always will be. Life’s all about the sweet spot of balance.

Oh — and I love a bit of adventure. Zip lines, roller coasters, a little thrill? Count me in.

The formal bits… because they matter too
