Online Women’s Circles
A supportive space to pause, reflect, and connect through shared wisdom.
What These Circles Are
These online Women’s Circles are soulful, accessible gatherings for women who are carrying a lot — work, family, responsibility, transition — and are longing for space to simply be.
This is not a course.
It’s not content-heavy or performance-driven.
It’s a gently held, deeply human space designed to create room rather than add more to your plate — where shared experiences are normalised, nervous systems can soften, and women can reconnect with self-care, self-trust, and self-leadership in ways that feel real and sustainable.
At its heart, this work is about growing together — personally and collectively — and honouring what we as women carry through different seasons of work and life. These Circles meet you where you are, respecting real lives, competing demands, and capacity, while offering something nourishing, grounding, and possible.
The Circle Container
Circles are designed as spacious, relational gatherings — the kind you may come to look forward to — and make space for.
Live virtual sessions (Zoom)
Small, intimate groups (max. 12 women)
90-minute seasonal Circles, offered quarterly
Slower, more embodied and relational in nature
Core Themes
Depth over breadth
Across the year, Online Women’s Circles will explore three core themes.
These themes aren't agendas or outcomes. They’re shared points of focus offering space to pause, reflect, and learn through one another’s lived experiences.
They are an invitation to slow down, listen more deeply, and allow insight to unfold through shared experience.
Self-Care
Honouring capacity, not pushing through
A space to notice how care, energy, and depletion show up in everyday life.
To name the invisible load we carry.
To listen to what our bodies are asking for.
To gently open to more rest and self-honouring.
Self-Trust
Listening beneath the noise
A space to notice where self-doubt and second-guessing creeps in.
To hear ourselves more clearly.
To learn through shared stories and recognition.
To remember what we already know.
Self-Leadership
Relating to ourselves with care and honesty
A space to reflect on how we lead ourselves through responsibility and change.
To explore boundaries, values, and choice-making as lived experiences.
To find language for what we sense — and permission to show up as we are.
